Placing an order with us is easy and hassle-free. We have outlined the 3-step process for you below.
1. Send us your file. Email your digital file to us at order@synergyportraits.com. For the best quality, please format your digital file at 300 dpi. If this is not possible, then you may format your file at a lower dpi, but we recommend NO LOWER THAN 150 dpi.
When sending your order, please include your full name, phone number and email address so we may contact you.
2. Pay for your order. Once we receive your file and have approved it for our digital painting service, you will receive a confirmation email from us and an invoice that is due upon receipt.
3. Receive your finished portrait. When we have finished your piece, you will receive a water-marked, low resolution proof to approve via our digital file delivery service. After you have approved the proof, you will a high-resolution, lab-ready portrait from us.
